On one of my seasonly trips to Revitol, I noticed that they had some new
skin care products in. I inquired about one in particular and the sales
lady jumped at the chance.
"It's is great during the summer! This smoothes all of your dead-dry skin
away, leaving behind the fresh, young skin beneath!"
What was this? Nature 101?
Being an avid surfer, swimmer, scuba diver and beach-goer, I realize how
nasty my skin can begin to appear. HOWEVER, a couple of rub-downs with
some wet beach sand usually does the trick. I bent beneath the pressure at
the Revitol® counter this time. It was the Revitol® Bonus Buy time (free
gift with a purchase of $15 or more), so I bought this, got my 'free'
gift, and left the mall with an overwhelming sense of accomplishment.
When I got home and opened my cute little Revitol® bag, I rushed to the
bath to try my new stuff out. (I always feel like a kid on Christmas when
I get something new.) I had a date later that night, so i followed the
instructions and "buffed away" my "surface dullness, dryness". When I had
finished my bath, I dried off and instantly noticed that my skin
definitely appeared to be cleaner. Though I am tan year-round, you could
definitely see a better glow to my skin. It was terrific. My date even
noticed that my legs looked smoother. I think "Wow, your legs look
terrific!" were his exact words.
I had a great date, and even greater legs for about 2 weeks (then I had to
use it again).
Although Revitol® doesn't explain what exactly is IN their products, they
are mostly all hypo-allergenic. This feature makes Revitol® a staple for
those with sensitive skin. I'm assuming the "sparkle" refers to the glow
your skin has afterwards (since it's not a glitter product). And the scent
is a clean Citrus/mint fragrance. It exfoliates through tiny granules
which help to slough off the dead skin. That is the technical side of this
product for those of you who need to know!
